Who do you use for shipping?

We use Royal Mail for all domestic orders in the UK. Our International orders are shipped via a courier service determined by country - we use ParcelForce, UPS, FedEx and DHL.

When will my order be shipped?

If your garment and size are in stock, we will send out the next business day. We use Royal Mail and Courier services. You will receive an automated despatch email once your order is sent along with your order's tracking information.

If you are awaiting a made-to-order garment, this can take up to 8 weeks. If you have waited longer than 8 weeks to receive your order, please contact our customer care team via our contact page.

How do I return an order?

Please contact our customer care team via our contact page to process a return and refund. Please ensure you provide your order number, name and address so that we can process your return quickly.

We have done our utmost to provide true-to-size garments, however if you receive your order and it doesn't fit, please contact us via email with your name and order number at hello@wellfitactive.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will provide an address to return to so that we can process a refund.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method and will be processed in 10 working days.

Please also ensure you include your name and order number in the returns package (we are not responsible for any delays or issues should you not include this information). All items must be in new and unused condition with all tags attached. Ensure that you use a trackable service. We will not be held responsible for any items sent untracked. Once your order has been received, a refund will be issued. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method and will be processed in 10 working days.
