Orders
Below are some of are common questions about orders
If your garment and size are in stock, we will send out the next business day. We use Royal Mail and Courier services. You will receive an automated despatch email once your order is sent along with your order's tracking information.
If you are awaiting a made-to-order garment, this can take up to 8 weeks. If you have waited longer than 8 weeks to receive your order, please contact our customer care team via our contact page.
If your garment and size are in stock, we will mail out to you the next business day.
If your style and size are not in stock, you have purchased a made-to-order garment, this can take up to 12 weeks to be delivered to you.
If you wish to cancel an order within 24 hours of purchasing, you can contact our customer care team to process a refund.
After 24 hours, your order cannot be cancelled, however on receiving your order, you can process a return via our studio team who will then process a refund.
Please note; Well Fit are not responsible for postage and carriage fees when returning a product. You will be require to pay for a tracked service.

Upholding a slow fashion ethos allows us to be flexible so that we keep making products that you love that will last. The savings we make in production can be passed to our customers.

Our production studio estimate is 6-8 weeks, but can take as long as 12 at busy periods. We will keep you informed by email throughout. We are working closely with our studio to reduce this time as their team grows.

Yes. We use Shopify to process payments. No card details are transferred or stored by Well Fit. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry-standard security protocols.

Shipping within the UK is £5, to Europe £15 and internationally costs £25.

Below are some common questions about our products
We hold a small amount of stock of our best sellers and most popular sizes to avoid creating waste by having excess stock. We create an order for our supplier ever Monday, and our lead time is 6 - 8 weeks for delivery to you (this can be up to 12 weeks during busy periods). If your garment and size are in stock, we will send it out the next business day.
We have done some pretty extensive research on sizing and all our garments are true to size. Please check our size guide here.
We chose black for our core collection as the fabrics will work across all garments with minimal waste. We may look to add other colours to our range in the future. We are proud to say that our range is produced in the UK by a small team of industry experts and seamstresses.
Wash your Well Fit with similar colours at 30 degrees Celcius (the cooler the water, the better for the planet). Never use bleach, the tumbler dryer or the dry cleaners. Just hang them on your line (or a coat hanger indoors to dry. Well Fit garments have great shape retention when cared for correctly, so no baggy gussets or necklines.
Being a small production house, we can offer bespoke orders to our customers.
You may wear a prosthetic or suffer with a disorder like lipodema and would like to modify your Well Fit top or leggings to fit.
