Refund policy
Returns
We have done our utmost to provide true-to-size garments, however if you receive your order and it doesn't fit, please contact us via email with your name and order number at hello@wellfitactive.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will provide an address to send your return and process a refund.
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method and will be processed in 10 working days.
If for some reason your Well Fit Active order is faulty or incorrect, you can send it to ‘Well Fit Active @ Studio 54, 54 St George's Terrace, Jesmond, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE2 2SY’. Please ensure you include your name, address and order number in the returns package (we are not responsible for any delays or issues should you not include this information). All items must be in new and unused condition with all tags attached. Ensure that you use a trackable service. We will not be held responsible for any items sent untracked. Once your order is back with Studio 54 Jesmond, a refund will be issued. We will reimburse the postage of the returned item if it is faulty or has been packed incorrectly. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method and will be processed in 10 working days.
Exchanges
Please contact our customer care team at hello@wellfitactive.com to process an exchange. Please note that if your style and size are not in stock you can opt for a different style to the value of your order, wait for a new made-to-order garment (up to 8 weeks) or request a refund.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order until the order has been dispatched. Email hello@wellfitactive.com with the order number if you need to cancel your order. If your order has been dispatched, please return following standard returns procedures detailed above.
We are not responsible for returns/exchanges lost in transit.
